Satisfied with your Car?

Dan Strumpf, Associated Press, reports the latest survey findings from the American Customer Satisfaction Index taken by the Univ. of Mich.  Consumer satisfaction with U.S. auto brands declined in favor of Lexus, BMW, Toyota and Honda.  Buick, Cadillac, Lincoln and Mercury fell.  U.S. brands have been improving but not as much as foreign companies.  The spread […]
